Brad Conners has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, both as a sworn police officer in Santa Rosa, California and as the Crime Prevention Specialist and Accreditation Manager at the Albany Police Department.  Mr. Conners is currently a real estate broker with RE/MAX Integrity in Albany, but continues his service to the community by bringing his experience to the Albany Public Safety Foundation.  Mr. Conners lives in Albany with his wife, Jen, and his children, Ben and Emily.

Jim Merryman is the president and CEO for OFD Foods, LLC, based in Albany. OFD Foods is the largest diversified freeze-drying company in the world. In 1986 a small group of employees purchased Oregon Freeze Dry from Philip Morris and Jim was among the last of the shareholders. In 2016 he led the executive team in reaching an agreement to partner with Endeavour Capital, an Oregon-based company, and the company became a limited liability company. Jim began working for Oregon Freeze Dry (as the company was then named) in 1974, initially in maintenance and production positions, while attending Oregon State University to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering.
